Also the library will have on display and will demonstrate some things that are available here that you can use to help your children, your students, your patrons build a better world through reading.

Bradley will focus on the core 6 by 6 skills and how you as a parent, teacher, homeschooler, or librarian can use each of those skills successfully to help your child/student become successful in literacy.

Stephanie will follow up with how to use library books to teach STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) successfully to keep children engaged and learning while they’re having fun.

The library will demonstrate some of the databases available to you through the state library and some that we have available. We will talk about our kits and our EDU section, as well as highlight many easy readers.
